Registration Cancellation, Refund, and Substitution Policy
Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@rtoworld.org. A cancellation fee of $79 will be charged for any cancellation made beginning July 17, 2023. Refunds cannot be approved for requests received after August 18, 2023, to include no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted at any time. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.
RTO World Hotel Rooms
The RTO World 2023 room blocks are now closed.
If you have a room you no longer need at the Marriott Rivercenter, Marriott Riverwalk, or Hilton Palacio del Rio, please do not cancel the reservation with the hotel. APRO can remove your billing information and make the room available to another attendee, but only if the reservation has not been canceled.
If you have an available room to return to APRO, or if you do not have a reservation in an RTO World hotel room block and would like to be added to the wait list, please email info@rtohq.org.
HOTEL CANCELLATIONS:
If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please contact the hotel directly at least 72 hours in advance of check-in to avoid a cancellation fee. You can cancel or adjust your reservations by following the link in your confirmation email, logging into your hotel rewards account, or by calling the hotel.
FRAUD ALERT: Protect Yourself from Cybercrimes
Online criminals are already at it this year, making fraudulent claims that they can set you up with hotel arrangements for our upcoming RTO World in San Antonio, Texas. Protect your identity and your money. Never book a hotel room that’s not through the official room block link provided by APRO and TRIB Group.
Any other housing companies contacting you and offering hotel reservations at significant discounts are fraudulent. Protect yourself by not engaging with these emails or phone calls.
If contacted by someone other than APRO or TRIB Group, please forward the email to info@rtoworld.org.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
RTO World reserves exclusive right to modify, postpone/reschedule or cancel programs for any reason, including but not limited to emergency, inclement weather, or other 'acts of God'. If there is an event cancellation, every attempt will be made to reschedule, and registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled event date. Any travel, lodging, or incidental expenses incurred related to a canceled event cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If a canceled event cannot be rescheduled, RTO World will determine an equitable basis for the refund of a portion or all of the registration fees, after due consideration of circumstances and expenditures.
Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, RTO World meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees' image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by APRO and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB.
We will release any COVID-19 safety precautions closer to the date of the event to reflect the most recent guidelines.
