The Association of Progressive Rental Organizations is governed by an 18-member elected board of directors. Sixteen directors serve staggered two-year terms, with eight directors elected each year. The 17th and 18th board members are from the vendor community and are elected by the APRO Vendor Advisory Committee. All directors are elected at APRO’s annual convention.
