The RTO World 2026 room blocks are open through July 23 for Hilton and July 27 for Marriott, or until the block fills, whichever comes first.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, RTO World meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant’s or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by APRO and other third parties, including but not limited to the venue, the host city, and the host CVB.
Registration Cancellation, Refund, and Substitution Policy
Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@rtohq.org. A cancellation fee of $99 will be charged for any cancellation made beginning July 20, 2026. Refunds will not be issued for requests received after August 3, 2026, including no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted at any time. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.
Hotel Cancellations
If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, contact the hotel directly at least 3 days prior to arrival to avoid being charged one night’s room rate plus tax. You can cancel or adjust your reservations by following the link in your confirmation email, logging into your hotel rewards account, or by calling the hotel.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
RTO World reserves the exclusive right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel programs for any reason, including but not limited to emergencies, inclement weather, or other ‘acts of God’. If an event is cancelled, every attempt will be made to reschedule, and registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled event date. Any travel, lodging, or incidental expenses incurred related to a canceled event cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If a canceled event cannot be rescheduled, RTO World will determine an equitable basis for the refund of a portion or all of the registration fees, after due consideration of circumstances and expenditures.
