Winn Addresses “RTO: Where Everybody Knows Your Name”

In the latest installment of RTO Insights—APRO’s rent-to-own video series on YouTube—the association’s general counsel, Ed Winn III, refers to the Cheers television show theme song, “Where Everybody Knows Your Name,” as an example of why knowing your customers is the best solution for growing your business. He suggests that the primary difference between rent-to-own and retail stores is the relationship that RTO professionals establish with their customers.
