Manning Joins RentDirect Nationwide

Bruce Manning has been named the new director of RentDirect Nationwide, a division of Nationwide Marketing Group. RentDirect is a buying group that serves both the rent-to-own and rent-only industries. Manning joins RentDirect Nationwide with decades of industry experience. He led GE Appliances’ rental program for a number of years and most recently served as director of sales at O’Rourke Sales Co. In his new role, he will continue long-standing efforts to support rental dealers, providing tools for success and profitability. “No matter what company or what position, the key to success is always taking care of the customer,” Manning says. “I’ll listen to members’ needs and introduce new programs that will attract new customers while better serving current customers. Our rental members lead the way in customer experience and we will continue to search for new ways to support them, taking it to even higher levels. We’ll also focus on enhancing margins and minimizing costs.”
