D&H Distributing is hosting its first trade show in the Chicago area on August 15 at the Westin Lombard Yorktown Center in Lombard, Illinois. The Mid-West Technology Show will feature more than 60 manufacturers, plus exhibits, including D&H’s multi-vendor Gaming Experience booth.
“Interest in this new show is high,” says Mary Campbell, D&H Distributing vice president of marketing. “D&H customers in the Midwest are excited to have access to one of our events in their area. We wanted to make this [show] readily available to a new geography this year as we move toward our 100th anniversary.”
Mid-West Technology Show seminars will be presented by Brother, Cisco, HP, Intel, Lenovo, Logitech and Microsoft. Other vendors at the show will include APC, Aruba, HPE, ASUS, Acer, Buffalo, D-Link, Epson, CyberPower, Linksys, TRENDnet, Sennheiser and WD. Accessory and component manufacturers will also be there, including Case Logic, Patriot Memory, Targus, Mobile Edge and Otter, among others. Vendors making their debut at a D&H trade event include DataLocker encryption solutions, Naxa A/V products and Panasonic Digital Imaging.
D&H’s multi-vendor Gaming Experience booth will feature the latest high-performance video gaming gear from ASUS, Dell, EVGA, HP, PNY and Thermaltake—plus, Gaming Experience attendees will have the opportunity to win a $100 American Express gift card. The show will offer additional prizes, including the grand prize of a $500 American Express gift card, plus a $100 American Express gift card for one winner at each seminar session.
Registration for the Mid-West Technology Show begins at 11 a.m.; seminars will be held 12–5 p.m. and run for 30 to 45 minutes each. The exhibit floor will be open 2:30–7:30 p.m. For more information, call 800/340-1007.
