Rent One‘s Delivery Tech’s Go Head-to-Head at Finals

St. Louis-based Rent One held its 2017 Delivery Tech Rodeo Finals on October 17 at the Rent One Service Center in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. The finals brought nine regional winning teams from the company’s 70 stores across nine states to battle it out for the title of Rent One 2017 champions and bragging rights for the year. This year’s program was created and facilitated by instructional designer Angie Brubaker along with Rent One’s David Keen, Dusty Ray and Bruce Venters. The day-long competition included nine hands-on events such as customer service calls, delivery and return of products, vehicle inspection and a washer obstacle course.

The first-place winners are Daniel Davis and Steve Johnson from Rent One’s Region 1, Store 70 in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. Second place went to Dylan Brocaille and Allen Davis from Rent One’s Region 10, Store 59 in Hannibal, Missouri. All participants received a $0.25 pay raise and a Rent One 2017 DT Rodeo Region Champion belt buckle.
