KRDA Hosts Successful Annual Meeting

The Kansas Rental Dealers Association held its Annual Meeting in Wichita, Kansas. This was the first time KRDA held their meeting in Wichita as they hoped to make the location convenient for their attendees. “Attendance did increase this year as we moved it closer, previously in Mayetta, KS,” said KRDA President, Angela Strong-McCool. Owners and Operators participated in “Coffee Talk,” an open discussion that covered topics affecting the Kansas RTO Industy followed by a legislative overview and audience Q&A with State Deputy for Senator Jerry Moran, Mike Zamrzla. The staff training sessions included demonstrations of how to easily touch-up and repair Ashley Furniture products and phone etiquette and customer service when trouble shooting over the telephone.
