On Wed, Oct 5, Majik Rent-to-Own held its third Annual Service Rep Rodeo in Lancaster, PA. Twelve teams convened for a day of training, competition, fun, and food. The teams spent the day progressing through nine stations consisting of three training stations, five competitions, and one game station much like the Newlywed game.
Owners Dan and Dave Fisher, along with their wives, Tricia and Connie hosted the event and prepared food for all participants. Everyone enjoyed hamburgers, chicken, and hot dogs during the 45-minute lunch break and at the end of the day, winners were announced.
“We are so blessed to have such a great support team, including our District Managers and other store-level support personnel to help us pull this event off every year,” Fisher said. “Especially our Director of Employee Development Scott Waltman, who, more than ever this year – pulled this whole event together.”
“And, of course, I would like to Congratulate all of the Service Reps who participated – particularly the winners, Kyle Briggs and Stan Borem from our Berwick Store.”
