Lake Ozark Gears Up for 12th Annual Heartland of America Regional Trade Show

MRDA is calling all dealers in Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Missouri and invites you to the 12th Annual Heartland of America Regional Trade Show and Seminar at The Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, Missouri! The three-day trade show and seminar will be held on Tuesday, June 21st through Thursday, June 23rd. This year promises a fun and successful investment for those attending while featuring a new format allowing for more time on the exhibit hall. MRDA is dedicated to making the 2016 trade show the biggest and best one yet. The MRDA Board of Directors would like to give a special thanks to the vendors who have signed up to exhibit at this show. “We are completely sold out of our 70 spaces and we thank them all for their support. This is the earliest our show has been sold out. We are still taking registrations for dealers to attend. If you are a member of your state RTO association, 1 person from your company has free registration and everyone else is $35 per person. If your company has not attended within the last 2 years, we also pay for 1 night’s lodging for your company. So far we have dealers from Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, Illinois, Indiana, Oklahoma and Ohio.”

Trade Show You will have the opportunity to meet factory representatives and talk to your local and regional distributors at 70 exhibitor booths. The trade show will kick off with a Vendor Showcase Reception on Tuesday evening followed by the opening of the exhibit hall the following day. Keep an eye out for special offers and discounts offered for purchases made exclusively at the Heartland of America Regional Trade Show. Product Training Four product training sessions will be offered and presented by distinguished RTO companies: Ashley Furniture, O’Rourke Sets – LG Electronics, Symbol Mattress and Whirlpool. 4-Man Golf Scramble The 4-man golf scramble will be held at “The Cove” golf course onsite at The Lodge of Four Seasons Resort on Wednesday, June 22, starting time is 8:00 a.m. Cost is $75 per participant. Lunch will be provided for players. Bass Fishing Tournament Interested in catching that big bass? Then consider entering the bass shing tournament at 7:00 a.m. on June 22, 2016 at the Resort Boat Dock. Requirements:

A valid shing license
Access to a boat

If you don’t have a boat, consider hiring a shing guide. To hire a guide, contact Hawg Stump Guide Service at 573-216-6567, if no answer, leave a message. You will receive a call back within one day. The cost is $275.00 per boat, whether it is one or two anglers. Two anglers is the maximum per boat. It is recommended that if you are interested in hiring a shing guide, that you should do it as soon as possible as shing guides are very limited. You can cancel later if necessary. Information will be sent later to those who sign up for the shing tournament. Lodging Participants should make their own hotel arrangements. Please note that The Lodge expects a sold out situation on Tuesday night and possibly on Wednesday. If you think you might be coming, we suggest you call and make your lodging reservations ASAP. There is no charge if you need to cancel as long as you do so by 3 days before your scheduled arrival. In addition, the MRDA is offering first time member companies and/or member companies that have not been in attendance at the MRDA trade show within the past 2 years, one (1) free hotel room night per company. Each dealer member company of their state’s RTO Association will be given a free registration for one (1) dealer. Dealers must be a member of their state’s RTO Association to also receive the registration discount fee. Those dealers that just want to attend the Vendor Showcase on Wednesday, may do so for FREE. Meal tickets for the other functions may be purchased individually. You may also indicate and pay for a specific number of dealers and guests, but submit their names by June 9, 2016.
