Full-O-Pep Appliances Inc., dba American Rental will hold its 38th Annual Trade Expo and Kent Hoffman Memorial Charity Golf Tournament July 19 and 20 at the Season’s Hotel Conference Center in Nashville, Indiana. The two-day event will also include an educational trade expo where vendors will have the opportunity to share product knowledge with store managers followed by the annual company hog roast hosted by APRO secretary David P. David, owner of Full-O-Pep.
This year’s theme, Bridging Technology to Great Customer Service, encourages innovative ways of using technology to provide the best service to its customers. Full-O-Pep launched its new e-commerce website earlier this year and plans to embrace technology in every aspect of the company’s initiatives moving forward.
The Kent Hoffman Memorial Charity Golf Tournament will benefit Riley Children’s Hospital. Vendors and store managers are welcome to play. If a store manager is unable to play, a store employee may play for them. There will be five Closest to the Pin prizes and awards to the top three teams. With a mission to help children in need, Full-O-Pep stores raised $9,500 for the Riley Children’s Hospital and $500 for Kosair Charities in Kentucky earlier this year.
