Nationwide Marketing Group, a buying group that serves both the rent-to-own and retail industries, has announced a partnership with Rent-A-Center’s AcceptanceNOW, which operates rent-to-own kiosks within third-party outlets. The company’s RTO-staffed kiosks will be located in large independent retail locations and offer alternative payment options for Nationwide’s participating select members.
“AcceptanceNOW offers a great benefit to our membership with the added service provided by having a dedicated representative in store, easing the sales, processing time and personnel needed to provide customers with a great rent-to-own experience,” says Chris Kirk, Nationwide Marketing Group’s vice president.
“[The program] focuses on the customer experience, which creates incremental revenue for the Nationwide retail member,” says Steve McKinley, AcceptanceNow vice president of sales and client relations. “To build upon our strong relationship with Nationwide fits perfectly into our long-term strategy.
