York Premier Rental-Purchase Celebrates Ten Years

Rich Bagoly and Dave Jones, Premier Rental-Purchase franchisees, opened the doors of their new location in York, Pennsylvania in March 2007. They are now celebrating ten years of serving Rent to Own home furnishings to customers in their market! What makes this tenth anniversary so special is that they are also celebrating ten years with employees Joe Gatewood, Johanna Nelson, and Mike Reid.  Rich and Dave worked with Mike during their tenure at Rainbow Rentals and brought him over to Premier to be their store manager. Mike brought along Joe and Johanna to the team and the three of them have now been working together for thirteen and a half years. “Mike is a good, quality guy and I trusted his judgment in wanting Joe and Johanna with him,” said Dave. The York team believes in building relationships with their customers, which has led to the success of the store. “We treat our customers well. They are an extension of our family and we do business with their families serving moms, dads, aunts, uncles and cousins,” said Mike.  “We care about them and it is rewarding to be able to help them get products they want where they may not be able to at retailers.”

When asked what they like most about working together for so many years, the answer from all three employees was the same. “We’re like family and this is a good company to work for.” York Premier Rental-Purchase celebrated with a team party recognizing Mike, Joe and Johanna for their hard work and dedication.
