Rent-2-Own Gives Back to Ohio Veteran’s Home

Georgetown, OH Rent-2-Own donated ten 32” televisions along with wall mounts to the local Georgetown Ohio Veteran’s Home on June 3rd. They offer name brand electronics, furniture, appliances, and other household accessories to anyone who wants to lease their item to ownership with no credit obligation. The Georgetown Ohio Veterans Home has opened in 2003. They offer standard care for Veterans in need and special care for Veterans with Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia. “We are delighted you chose to donate to us, we are in constant need of televisions and other electronics,” said Dottie. Melinda Carpenter said “We wanted to give back to the community at our local level and when we were looking to choose an organization the home just stood out. Seeing the looks on their faces when they saw the TVs, I knew we had made the right decision.” With well over 300 r2o team members company wide, they call themselves a family. They like to give back to the communities that they live and work in.
