The New York Rental Dealers Association (NYRDA) will host an in-person membership meeting and Hill Day in Albany, New York, on February 3-4, 2025. NYRDA anticipates the reintroduction of reclassification bills specifically targeting RTO in the upcoming NY legislative session. Members will convene in Albany to discuss these bills and meet with members of the NY Senate and General Assembly to share information on RTO over the course of these two days.
