Manning Announces New Advisory Board at RentDirect’s Show

RentDirect Nationwide’s 2017 Meeting and Trade Show, part of Nationwide Marketing Group’s PrimeTime! Show, was held August 20–23 in Las Vegas. The event included networking, educational sessions, a buying show and auction. At the show, members were introduced to Bruce Manning, RentDirect’s new director. He joins RentDirect Nationwide with decades of RTO-industry experience, having led GE Appliances’ rental program for a number of years and most recently serving as director of sales for O’Rourke Sales Co. During the Hot Show Auction on August 21, Manning announced the formation of a newly formed member advisory board, committed to better serving RentDirect members. “The group is excited about our new member advisory board and the leadership that Bruce Manning is providing,” says Tom Hickman, a Nationwide executive team member. LT Marketing’s Lauren Talicska was the auctioneer for Hot Show, which included 34 items up for bidding at incredible prices. “We were in a great venue and had incredible energy,” Talicska says.

During the trade show in Las Vegas, RentDirect members took advantage of exclusive pricing as well as the organization’s Cash-Back-Now rebate program, which offers immediate cash back on purchases of select products at the show. Attendees also had the opportunity to attend 63 different education sessions presented by the Nationwide Learning Academy on topics such as marketing, digital merchandising, sales and leadership.
