1st Public Perception Survey Conducted & Assessed

The first public perception of the industry by consumers survey is conducted, Into the Consumer’s Mind, Into the Future. The study by Trenholm Research Group is the first market study to gauge public perception and image of potential rent-to-own customers. It is the framework for the industry’s public relations campaign to change its image. The industry received the equivalent grade of an “F” for its perception outside its customer base.
