Rent-to-own industry representatives from around the country convened February 11 - 13 for the annual APRO Dave Egan Legislative Conference in Washington, D.C. The conference drew over 120 rent-to-own industry activists this year who lobbied legislators to co-sponsor and pass the consumer rental purchase agreement act.

This is the opening day of that conference.

See APRO Board President Larry Carrico, RTO lobbyist John Raffaelli and APRO Executive Director Bill Keese update participants on the status of pending industry legislation and the importance of grassroots activism.
