Josef Burgan is the vice president of the Ohio Rental Dealers Association. Burgan also co-owns First Place Rentals with partner Robert McKinney. He serves as chief operating officer of the Youngstown, Ohio based company.
An ORDA board member for the last four years, Burgan was elected vice president at the association's annual meeting this April. In this exclusive APRO interview, shot on location at the 2008 Midwest RTO Training Expo in Columbus, Ohio, Burgan discusses the importance of establishing a strong regional tradeshow, and the connection between good training, customer service and the public image of rent-to-own. | |
