Bill Kelly is one of two new faces elected to the APRO Board of Directors August 13, 2008.

Kelly is the chief operating officer of New Avenues Lease Ownership, a nine-store chain based in Alpharetta, Georgia, where he has worked since 2005.

A 19-year-member of the rent-to-own industry, Kelly cut his teeth with Alrenco, where he worked as the company's vice president of operations from 1989 to 1998 and was inspired by APRO co-founder Bud Holladay, long-time APRO member Mike Walts and former APRO President Ted Wilson.

In this exclusive APRO Video, Kelly explains how his interest in serving on APRO board grew out of his experience with the Indiana Rental-Purchase Dealers Association where he served as president from 1996 to 1997.
