Pastor Craig Altman of Grace Family Church in Tampa recently presented RNR Custom Wheels and Tires owner Larry Sutton a plaque in recognition and appreciation for providing his Rent-N-Roll location as a site to feed the Tampa Bay homeless and others that are struggling in this economy.

For the past year Since Grace Family Church has been using the parking lot of his RNR store parking lot at 255 East Fletcher Avenue in Tampa on Monday and Tuesday nights for its Soup Kitchen ministry.

Approximately 5,200 new and returning, member and non-member volunteers of the Church have served over 10,400 meals to homeless individuals and family members during the past 13 months.

In addition, volunteers from Grace Family Church also give away free clothes and other needed items as well as try to provide the emotional and spiritual support that so many people need during these troubling economic times.

The staff and volunteers of Metropolitan Ministries in Tampa prepare and donate the food, which provides wholesome meals for those who are struggling financially.  Hope Children’s Home also provides bread and desserts.
