Rent-A-Center to make 80K donation to local food bank

A special ceremony celebrating Rent-A-Center’s $80,000 plus donation to the North Texas Food Bank is scheduled for 11:15 a.m. Monday, July 27 at Rent-A-Center Headquarters in Plano.

Representatives of the North Texas Food Bank (NTFB), executives and employees of Rent-A-Center and a family who has benefited from the food bank will be present for the donation.

The event will include a giant check presentation and  awards for creative employee fundraising teams.
