Kevin Quinn, owner of Tacoma-based Quality Rentals Wednesday, was named APRO’s 2010 Lifetime Achievement Award Winner at the association’s annual awards banquet at the Marriot Hotel in downtown Louisville.
The awards banquet was the crowning event of the APRO 2010 Convention and Trade Show.
