Measuring Up Expands Internet presence with social networking features
Tony Craig, founder and president of Measuring Up and its parent corporation Right Choice Today, announced the expansion of its Internet presence for Measuring Up.
The company added new features to its existing Web site and launched a new auxiliary site as part of Measuring Up’s campaign to connect to the most popular social and business networking sites.
“We will continue to emphasize the importance of ‘intentional’ customer satisfaction to our clients, helping them focus on things they can control," Craig said." But now we can tell the public what they should expect from companies who truly want their business, and ask them if they are getting it.”
At www.measuringup123.com, a new client login will enable Measuring Up clients to access reports online. A weekly newsletter has also been added to help businesses understand how they can impact customer satisfaction. The first article, “What Is Customer Satisfaction, And Why Measure it?” was posted July 7; today’s article is titled, “What Makes Someone An Expert In Customer Satisfaction?”
The new “public” site, located at www.measuringup.net, allows anyone with Internet access the ability to rate their level of customer satisfaction on any business in America. The results will create a monthly Measuring Up Customer Satisfaction Index, to be published starting in September 2009. The public site also features a blog that looks at the weekly newsletter topics from the eyes of the consumer.
The business newsletter and consumer blog automatically feed to Measuring Up’s new social and business networking sites – DandyID, Facebook, FriendFeed, LinkedIn, MySpace, Ning, Plaxo, Twine, Twitter, Xing and Yelp. Articles are also submitted to Digg, Reddit, DZone, Technorati, Yahoo Buzz and Zimbio Viewers can comment and vote on articles, and forward them through Twitter.
Measuring Up’s Twitter feed is featured on GeoFollow, Twellow, Twitr and WeFollow.
