High Touch rolls up sleeves for Habitat for Humanity workday

High Touch employees at a recent Habitat workday.

A team of 20 High Touch employees and their families volunteered their time Saturday, July 25, to participate in a Habitat for Humanity workday and sponsorship.

The home is for a local single parent family seeking a safer place to live and separate bedrooms for two young children. Construction will continue through Aug. 8.

A team of 20 High Touch employees and their families worked on the building and High Touch provided funding to help cover construction costs including all the building materials and subcontractors who do the concrete, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. The Lee family hopes to move in to their new home in mid-August.
