High Touch today announced the recent acquisition of IT Pros, a Kansas City-based IT Managed Services provider. IT Pros provides an array of services including PC and server management, remote and on-site services, and data back-up, minimizing day-to-day hassles of managing business technology.
According to Kevin Colborn, High Touch Director of Managed Services, the acquisition is a strategic addition to High Touch’s IT Managed Services division. “IT Pros solutions, talent and customers complement High Touch’s business and extend our ability to deliver compelling products and services to small and mid size businesses.”
The combined offerings are focused on helping clients accelerate growth, mitigate risks and lower costs.
Together, High Touch and IT Pros plan to consult and partner with small and mid size businesses in the Kansas City and Wichita markets. “We are excited about providing additional resources, products and services to enhance the level of service for IT Pros existing clients,” said Colborn. “We will also leverage IT Pros experience building PCs and be able to provide additional products to High Touch clients.”
With this acquisition, IT Pros becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of High Touch and will remain operating in the Kansas City market.
