Long-time Showplace Rent-To-Own customer Jenna Gibson, 48, loves Halloween.
It’s her favorite holiday — a passion she shared with her daughter, Kasi.
After four-year-old Kasi was killed in a car accident in 1965, Gibson began collecting Halloween decorations of all shapes and sizes from animatronic statutes to flying ghosts, crawling spiders and skeletons. The collection now includes over three million items and fills a small storage facility.
"That’s what kept me going," Gibson says. "I would get em’ out and I could remember how the smile would spread across her face."
