APRO's 'State Association of the Year' -- The Illinois Rental-Purchase Dealers Association -- convened Oct. 21 at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Springfield, Illinois to mull a collection of issues ranging from legislative and legal updates to sales tax audits to board and officer elections.

The Year of the Tiger
