Kelly Sayre is the president of Alliance Rental Centers, an 8 store Aaron's franchise headquartered in Denton, Texas.

Sayre, whose been a member of TARA since 1992, served a two year term as the association's president and another two year's as chairman of its board of directors. He continues to serve on the board today.

In this exclusive APRO podcast, Sayre recalls some of TARA's legislative victories over the years and shares his take on the state of the economy, the credit crunch and its impact on rent-to-own.
