Jeffrey Everson, regional representative for Sen. Landrieu, gave attendees at the recent Louisiana Rental Dealers Association annual conference an update on the "Computers for Kidz" initiative -- a community partnership program led by APRO, LRDA and Landrieu's office -- that will provide RTO industry donated computers for resource strapped schools in seven Louisiana parishes in the Mississippi Delta.

Everson also gives an update on the status of pending rent-to-own industry legislation in the Senate, S.B. 1012, which is sponsored by Sen. Landrieu.
