Bill French, vice president of national accounts with O'Rourke Sales Company, is one of a half dozen new vendors at the Full-O-Pep show this year.

French sits in a bank of high resolution television screens broadcasting stunning images of cooking demonstrations, hot air balloon rides and various sporting events. His booth is bordered by 60", 65" and 73" Mitsubishi DLP (digital light processing) televisions -- a relatively new technology -- that display at the highest resolution currently available, 1080p.

French, who worked 17 years for Zenith LG before joining O'Rourke Sales Company in 2001, says the competitive pricing combined with the superior quality make DLP systems good fit for RTO.

Marketing Matters
