APRO Board Member David Kraemer is president and CEO of Bestway Rental -- a 74 store rental company based in Dallas, Texas.

Elected to the board in 2007, Kraemer currently serves on APRO's government affairs committee. He spoke with RTO Today during the APRO Board's fall meeting in Austin, Texas last week on the heels of a historic election that will dramatically shift the balance of power in Washington, D.C.

In this exclusive APRO podcast, Kraemer discusses some of his concerns surrounding that power shift and it's impact on the rent-to-own industry's legislative initiative on Capitol Hill.
