TRIB Group's Wicker honored for five years service

TRIB Group Executive Director Dennis Shields presents services coordinator Karl Wicker with his five year service pin.

TRIB Group, the nation's oldest and most respected rent-to-own buying group recently honored services coordinator Karl Wicker with his five year anniversary pin.

Wicker, who provides communication support between vendors and dealers at TRIB, was no stranger to buying groups when he joined TRIB in 2004, having served as communications coordinator with Home Entertainment Source -- the home electronics division of BrandSource.

TRIB partnered with BrandSource two years later drawing Wicker's buying group experience full circle. The variety of services offered through the alliance make TRIB an unbeatable deal for the independent RTO dealer, Wicker said.

"As the economy continues to struggle," buying groups will become even more important. The difference with TRIB is we can offer benefits and programs that directly affect your bottom line. This is the most friendly group of people you could ever meet and we help each other. That's very unique with TRIB."

TRIB Group Executive Director Dennis Shields said Wicker was a natural fit for the organization and his service was recognized by members and vendors alike.

"It is a great pleasure to present Karl with his five year pin. Karl is a significant contributor to the TRIB Group and I appreciate his dedication,"  Shields said.  "He is a very conscientious employee and loves working with our members and vendors."

Who Is Your Competition?

by Bill Keese

A Review of Online Customer Complaints

by Ed Winn III
