Rent to own is a rapidly expanding business focused on serving the needs of its customers.  People from all walks of life take advantage of rent to own because of its many benefits.  You can get most anything you desire on a rent to own basis.

 


  • No Credit Checks - Rent to own is available to anyone whether you have no credit history or a poor credit history. There are no interest charges since you are renting and not purchasing on credit.
  • No Long Term Obligations - Sometimes an appliance is only needed for a short time, such as a large screen TV for the big game or a freezer until a broken one can be replaced. When you rent to own an appliance, you can return it at any time for any reason.
  • Free Repairs - Since the customer is renting the appliances, repairs are the responsibility of the rent to own dealer.

 


Some Things To Keep In Mind

 

While renting appliances is a great choice, there are some things to keep in mind when choosing to rent.


  • Number of Payments - The fewer payments you agree to, the better the overall price will be.
  • Payment Reinstatement - Most rent to own transactions will allow you to reinstate payments on an item if you need to return it during the payment cycle. Make sure you ask what the time frame for reinstatement is.
  • Shop Around - Since rent to own is a growing industry, there are more dealers to choose from than ever. You should check out several vendors to get the best price.

 

Rent to own is an option that many people have not tried, but it is something well worth looking into. If you choose a short term payment schedule, you can get an appliance for a very competitive price without having to worry about interest payments. The dealers care about your needs in providing a variety of choices in appliances and payment options. Best of all, you can try out the item at home before making a commitment to keep it.
