June 27, 2010

Following elections at their 2010 Dealer Retreat in Chicago earlier this month, The Premier Companies announced its 2010-2011 Premier Purchasing Cooperative Board and its 2010-2011 Premier Rental-Purchase Marketing Board.

Both seven-person boards are dealer run and hold annual elections of three members to replace those rotating off.

The following Premier dealers will serve on this year’s Purchasing Board:

Chris Darden - Board Vice Chair, Rental Purchasing Rep
Steve Newman - Board Member
?Bart Stamper - Executive Director
Chris Mueller - Board member
John Eibl - Home Furnishings Rep
Mike Shuler - Board member
John Darden - Vendor Liaison

This Board is responsible for establishing relationships with vendors and arranging group buys that benefit dealers.

The following Premier dealers will serve on the Premier Rental-Purchase Marketing Board:

Scott Kinnear – Chair
Brian Clussman – Vice Chair
Dave Jones – Treasurer
Matt Baker – Board Contact

“We have found it most beneficial to give dealers an active voice in these two areas of purchasing and marketing,” said Trooper Earle, Premier’s CEO/President. “Our board members bring experience, creativity and a wealth of knowledge to the table that not only make life easier on their fellow franchisees but also make it more profitable for them. It’s good to have input from those on the front lines."

Premier has been one of the Top Ten Fastest Growing Young Franchisors in America. The national office of Premier Rental-Purchase is located in Williamsburg, Virginia.

All Premier stores are independently owned and operated. Visit Premier’s website at www.premierrents.net or call (800) 2-Premier and ask for Trooper Earle.
