Rent-to-own News - NEW PODCAST: High Touch User Gary Ferriman

Gary Ferriman, owner of Showplace Rent-To-Own, is a long time user of High Touch software. He was a participant in a number of High Touch "vision castings" in which the company tapped its client base to develop new tools and features to help rent-to-own dealers do what they do better.

In this exclusive podcast from the 2008 High Touch Users Conference, Ferriman discusses the value of running a "customer intimate business" in which dealers are able to access customer information quickly and accurately.

High Touch's new sales and marketing enhancements hold particular interest for Ferriman who hopes to use the software to help meet his customers' needs more effectively.

"Part of our mission is to be a special place to do business and the way you do that is through the relationships you build with your customers," Ferriman says. "We want to love on our customers a lot and it takes knowing a lot of their information to do that. Getting these enhancements underway this year shows that High Touch is stepping forward and that's what really helps adhere this industry to them."
