The annual Convention and Buying Show is Shelley's primary responsibility. She also organizes APRO' meetings and participation in other trade shows. Shelley works closely with the APRO Education Committee to offer top seminar speakers and topics for all APRO educational sessions at the convention as well as the Rental Training Online courses available on APRO's Web site.

Richard coordinates congressional and state legislative affairs and represents the rent-to-own industry before the media and financial community. He is responsible for many of the industry's statistical market research regarding rent-to-own's public image, economic impact, financial analysis, advertising, customer and employee satisfaction. He oversees the web content, news and produces APRO's audio and video productions.
