Fast Track Services offers APRO member exclusive

Fast Track Services, an Arlington, Texas-based print, marketing and promotional service provider, is offering a DIY direct mail tool custom designed for the rent-to-own industry which is currently available only to APRO member companies.

The RTO portal allows rent-to-owns to design and customize a variety of postcard mailers, select and purchase demographically targeted mailing lists and send them out within three business days.

Jack Hattendorf, Fast Track director of marketing, said the RTO portal and direct mail tool is merely a starting off place to begin offering the industry a one stop destination for all its print and promotional needs.

"We're starting off as a direct mail solution, but we will rely on APRO members to tell us what they want and how they want it," Hattendorf said. "Basically, if you can print it digitally, we can put it in here. Door hangers, ad slicks, sale sheets, POP displays, window decals, you name it."

The stepwise process allows RTOs to choose currently between five existing postcard templates featuring a furniture, computers, appliances, rims or general home furnishings upgrade focus. Companies can then add their own text and logos and preview the final product online.

Next the tool allows dealers to buy a mailing list based on a specific area narrowed by a series of criteria including date of birth and income and can target either homeowners or renters. Data is drawn from a wide variety of databases around the country.

All orders must meet a 200 postcard minimum. Dealers can also upload their own mailing lists if desired.

"The cost is comparable to your neighborhood printer, but our service caters specifically to the RTO industry," Hattendorf said. "Once we see the adoption rate go up we will lower our pricing."

Fast Track also offers an extensive line of promotional and apparel items and is currently offering a 15 percent discount on wearable promotional items including free embroidery after a one time set-up fee. Fast Track offers 1,000's of customizable promotional items ranging from coffee mugs to pens to trophies to travel packages.
