Live from the buying floor at the historic TRIB-AVB trade show in Dallas, RSSS General Manager Ellison Crider shares his observations on trends within the rent-to-own software industry and predictions on what it means for customers and dealers alike.

Crider notes how rent-to-own customers have become more Internet savy and are becoming increasingly comfortable making payments online. He says that the companies that are taking advantage of this new payment method are reporting lower delinquency rates and fewer late payments.

In addition, Crider addresses security and cost reservations some dealers may have about committing to online transactions and shares his observations on TRIB's strategic partnership with AVB.

Crider has been with Corpus Christi based RSSS for 20 years and has been involved in the rent-to-own industry since 1979.
