Rent-to-own News - ArchBrook Laguna merges with I. Lehrhoff & Company

ArchBrook Laguna, a key consumer electronics distributor announced today it will merge with I. Lehrhoff & Company, a privately-held small appliance and houseware distributor.

 

Under the agreement, I. Lehrhoff & Company will continue operating as a wholly-owned subsidiary of ArchBrook Laguna, under the leadership of the I. Lehrhoff executive team.

 

“Our merger with I. Lehrhoff is a natural evolution of our strategic alliance that now spans over five years,” said Peter Handy, Executive Vice President, ArchBrook Laguna. “The breadth and depth of our product line, coupled with the I. Lehrhoff portfolio, will allow us to grow vertically with products and customers that entirely complement one another.”

 

“This merger is a significant step to take our company to the next level of performance,” said Arthur Lehrhoff, chief executive officer, I. Lehrhoff & Company. “For over 90 years, my family has led this company and will continue to provide the necessary leadership for our growth under the ArchBrook Laguna banner.”

 

The firm will remain in New Jersey and leverage the national scope of the ArchBrook Laguna fulfillment and distribution systems. It will be renamed Lehrhoff ABL, LLC and remain under the stewardship of Arthur Lehrhoff and Daniel Lehrhoff who will continue as CEO and President, respectively.
