Rent-to-own News - APRO Board votes to co-locateThe APRO Board of Directors ended months of negotiation and discussion Friday by voting to co-locate the APRO Convention and Buying Show with the 2009 AVB/Brandsource convention in Las Vegas in 2009.
Board members noted their decision to co-locate the show on a one-time trial basis was driven in part by economic concerns, too many competing shows and time constraints for vendors and rental dealers alike. Members said the move was made to benefit the rent-to-own industry as a whole.
