Rent-to-own News - APRO Applicance Focus: GE

GE CustomerNet is the ultimate online resource for GE appliance information. This innovative customer service resource makes doing business with GE appliances easier and is FREE to all customers.

 

GE CustomerNet gives you the ability to place orders, check pricing, check availability, obtain product specifications (Product Library), product training, view invoices up to 24 months old, obtain proof of delivery and schedule a service call if needed.  All you need is the Internet and to complete a one time registration. Register by following the 4 easy steps below.
 
Step 1
Go to www.gecustomernet.com and click the Register Now link.  You must have a valid GE account number to begin the registration process. If you do not have, please see Paula Allison, 800/782 8093 to obtain that information.  
 
Step 2
Complete the information in the required fields and submit. 
 
Step 3
Read through the consent terms pop-up window and click OK.
 
Step 4
Complete your Company information, fill in your account number and choose your user role.  The user role defines your level of authority.  You can choose Owner, Finance, Order entry or Sales.  Once selected, an email is sent to Paula Allison for authenticity and approval.  After approval, you will receive a return email inviting you to begin using GE Customernet.
 
Any issues with the registration process or any help you may need in navigating GE CustomerNet is available by calling the GE Help Desk at 800 242 -1333.  Technical support is available Monday through Friday from 8 am till 6 pm EST.
 
Please stop by our booth at the APRO Convention to register to begin utilizing GE CustomerNet or for a demonstration of all the wonderful features of this business to business tool.
