Rent-to-own News - easyhome opens in Rochester with all day community bash

easyhome Ltd. Announces the Grand Opening of Its First Store in Rochester, NY on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at 10 am

easyhome, Canada's largest merchandise leasing company will officially open its first easyhome store in Rochester, New York this Saturday April 30, 2011 at 10 a.m.

To celebrate, easyhome will be offering customers numerous grand opening door crasher specials. The new store is located at 2255 E. Ridge Road at the Culver Ridge Plaza.

"We are excited to bring this store to Rochester and expand our presence in New York State," said David Ingram, easyhome's president and chief executive officer. "On a personal level, I am thrilled to be returning to East Ridge Road where I enjoyed my first job in the United States at a lease-to-own store 17 years ago and began learning the ropes of the industry."

The over 6,500 square foot store is one of the largest to date and is the first of its kind with a truly unique design. Dedicated to providing customers with the latest and best product offerings, the approximately 4,000 square foot showroom is the most innovative offering customers with an interactive shopping experience in a warm and comfortable environment. Customers can 'test drive' 3D TVs in the 3D Home Theatre Room as well as try out the vast array of all the hottest gadgets including smartphones, iPads and laptops.

"The store will allow new customers the opportunity to get to know easyhome as well as provide them with an enhanced, hands-on customer experience in the 3D Home Theatre Room found only at this location," continued Mr. Ingram.

To celebrate, easyhome's President and Chief Executive Officer David Ingram will officially open the store to the community with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10 am.

easyhome is pleased to also host grand opening festivities all day long on Saturday, April 30th. Rochester area residents can enjoy live music from a local DJ, free hot dogs and lemonade, break dancing performances by D.F.C. Breakers as well as the chance to shoot hoops in a three-point basketball competition. In addition, balloon maker and magician Victor the Great will be on hand from 9 am-1 pm and there will be draws throughout the day for a chance to win numerous prizes including a 40" flat screen TV, digital camera and home theatre system.

The door crasher specials are available in limited quantities on a first-come first-serve basis.
