Rent-to-own News - Premier, Rent-N-Roll kick off conventions

January 18, 2011

Two of rent-to-own's largest franchise companies Premier and RNR Custom Wheels and Tires kick off annual conventions this week.

Premier Companies Annual 2011 Convention began yesterday at scenic Wild Horse Pass in Chandler, Arizona opening with a golf outing at the World Wind Golf Club.

Attendees will look forward to some six high level dealer workshops over the next several days on topics both esoteric and global including a discussion on reaching the Hispanic market, "Relating, Not Translating: How to Market to U.S. Latinos" by marketing guru Kelly McDonald tomorrow.

RNR Custom Wheels and Performance Tires also tees off it's seventh annual franchisee meeting at the Tampa Hilton Westshore with a golf tournament today in Tampa.

Over the following day, the 100 or so expected managers and franchise owners will take part in a number of workshops where franchisees will network and pow wow on the latest industry trends in marketing, management and operations and procedures.

The meeting concludes with an RNR awards gala and dinner where the company's top franchisees and store managers are recognized.

A Review of Online Customer Complaints

by Ed Winn III
